JD of Sales Head

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Dealer Network Management:
    • Oversee the development and management of a robust dealer network across five states.
    • Implement effective recruitment, training, and performance management programs for dealers.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting:
    • Create annual sales plans, including revenue targets, market share goals, and product penetration strategies.
    • Utilize market research and analysis to forecast sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for product expansion.
    • Develop and implement plans to enter new territories and increase market share.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgetary goals.
  • Sales Training and Development:
    • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and provide continuous learning opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure that all sales activities and strategies comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
    • Uphold the company’s values and reputation in all dealings.
  • Innovation and Adaptability:

Qualification:

Degree in Agriculture with an MBA in Sales and Marketing from a institute of repute with 12-15 years of relevant experience
