- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Dealer Network Management:
- Oversee the development and management of a robust dealer network across five states.
- Implement effective recruitment, training, and performance management programs for dealers.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Create annual sales plans, including revenue targets, market share goals, and product penetration strategies.
- Utilize market research and analysis to forecast sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for product expansion.
