• Product Development:
  • Lead the design and development of new bio-organic agri-inputs based on market demands and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the enhancement and optimization of existing products to maintain competitiveness.
• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless integration of R&D initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Project Management:
  • Effectively manage R&D projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Implement project management best practices to streamline the product development process.
• Research Team Management:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing R&D team.
