JOB DESCRIPTION
Membership
- Work with in-charge of Membership department to assist with all regular Membership process, Membership Renewal and new Membership Applications including checking of Membership application forms and documentation as per membership eligibility.
- Membership Renewal follow-up
- Handling membership backend processes, Membership Software Modification, Handle regular inquiries for new Membership and convince them to take membership, etc.
- Regular interaction with Members for their queries and issues.
- Providing reports and MIS as and when required by higher management
- Drafting letters for different communications to members as well as non-members under the guidance of superiors
- Approach new organizations for membership through e-mails, phone calls, meetings, etc.
- Assist in audit process for ISO Audit, Internal Audit etc.
In Charge– Navi Mumbai branch
Supervising all activities related to Certificate of Origin (COO) operation of Navi Mumbai under overall supervision of in-charge of COO department in Churchgate office.
- Co-ordinate with IT dept., Admin Dept., Finance Dept. and COO at HO for regular issues at Navi Mumbai branch and follow-ups.
- Co-ordination and regular interaction with COO members to solve their issues and to help them in COO related activities like new registrations, documentation, Etc.
- Ensure flawless services for the Certificate of Origin and related attestation to get repeat business along with new business for revenue generation.
- Promotion of Membership in Navi Mumbai and nearby regions to get new members
- Promotion of the venue and convert it into a revenue-generating stream.
- As officer in charge of Navi Mumbai Committee regular interaction with stakeholders in the business communities like Industry Associations, Government Bodies in Navi Mumbai etc.
Committees
- In charge of Navi Mumbai Committee and Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Act as officer in charge of expert committees of assigned from time to time and liaise with chair/co-chair and members regarding activities under the committees, organize events, execute all committee-related activities under the committees, Conferences planned by Expert Committees
PR – Social Media
- Work with in-charge of Public Relation and provide all assistance regarding PR activities including Social Media engagement.
- Should possess good knowledge of Social Media
